Exchange and returns
Goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if unused, with their original appearance, packaging, seals and documents (Consumer Rights Protection Law of Ukraine). Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Items made to custom sizes or with options you selected (frosting, coating, non-standard hardware finish) cannot be returned or exchanged as goods of proper quality.
Warranty terms
The warranty is valid with a correctly completed warranty card and covers manufacturing and material defects, provided only original parts are used. It does not cover installation, removal, adjustment work or usage consultations.
Quality claims are accepted within 5 business days of receiving the item from the carrier, and no later than 50 calendar days from the order date.
The warranty does not cover:
- defects caused by mechanical damage or unqualified installation;
- defects caused by improper use;
- surface damage from chemical, abrasive or other substances not listed in the care instructions;
- defects caused by third-party components.
Warranty period
- Tempered glass panels — 5 years;
- Hardware — 5 years;
- Silicone seals — 1 year;
- Shower trays — 5 years;
- Mirrors — 2 years.
The warranty starts on the purchase date, no later than 30 calendar days after the order date.
Installation and care
Installation should be done by a qualified professional following the instructions — durability and water-tightness depend on it. Inspect the item periodically, tighten fittings and check the seals. Clean with mild products free of alkalis, acids and abrasives.
