We deliver across Ukraine with Nova Poshta — to a branch, a parcel locker (for small items) or to your address. Delivery of shower enclosures, doors, screens, bath screens and trays is free.
Lead times
- In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
- Custom sizes and items with extra options (frosting, coating, non-standard hardware finish) ship by the date the manager gives you when confirming.
- Nova Poshta delivery usually takes 1–3 days.
Insurance and receiving
All items are insured by the carrier. Important! Inspect the packaging and its contents before accepting the parcel. If the item is fully or partly damaged, refuse the parcel, file a claim at the branch and contact us — we will make and ship the damaged parts at our expense as fast as possible.
Cash on delivery
The cash-on-delivery service is charged separately at the carrier’s rate and paid by the recipient. Cash-on-delivery orders require a prepayment of about 10% of the order total.
